Het Marktrapport is een uitgave van StiVAD. Het rapport verschijnt 1x per jaar.

StiVAD heeft tot doel om transparantie op de vastgoedmarkten te bevorderen. Dit middels het beheren van een platform waarbinnen de deelnemers informatie kunnen aanleveren en opvragen op het gebied van vastgoed en vastgoedtransacties om het valideren van vastgoedwaarderingen te ondersteunen, op een onafhankelijke en gereglementeerde wijze.
